Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Fawn piece just as much as we do! 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible items for up to 14 days after you receive your item. For international orders, the return period is extended to 30 days.

Refunds are available on full priced items. Sale items and/or items purchased with a discount of 20% or higher are eligible to receive store credit only. Sale items and/or items purchased at a discount of 35% or higher are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition - unworn and unused, with all tags and hygiene stickers attached, and in its original packaging.

We request that you try on swimwear bottoms over your underwear for hygiene reasons and to minimise the risk of damage. 

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items and/or items purchased at a discount of 35% or higher are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

-Items that have been worn or are soiled/stained.

- Items that do not have the original hygiene sticker and tags attached.

- Items marked as final sale or have been purchased with a discount of 35% or higher.

- Free gifts or promotional items.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

For domestic orders, once your return is approved, we will issue you with a return shipping label. $15 will be deducted from your total refund amount for the cost of return shipping.

For international orders, please contact us here or at hello@fawnswim.com to get a quote for return shipping costs.

Please note if applicable, any original shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Afterpay orders can be returned for store credit only. 

Once we receive your return and approve it, we will issue you with a store credit equal to the value of the items in your order, less return shipping costs. Original shipping costs if any, are non-refundable.

Your Afterpay payment plan will continue as normal.

In most cases, your return request will be processed and you will be notified of the outcome and sent instructions for shipping within 1-2 business days.

If we are aware of any reasons that may cause a delay with your return being processed, we will endeavour to let you know straight away.

We triple check all orders that go out, so in the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us here or email us as soon as possible at hello@fawnswim.com and we will get back to you as a matter of priority!

Please include your name, order number, and a photo of the issue in your request. We will work with you to provide a replacement of the item, however if the item is not in stock we will provide a store credit or refund.
